Meg-Lozenetz Hotel - Sofia

The rooms are generously sized and feature comfortable beds, made for a pleasant night's rest. The bathrooms appear newly refurbished and add a touch of modernity to the stay.

Smoking is allowed in certain areas, which leads to an unpleasant odor that'll likely invade non-smoking rooms, affecting overall comfort. Certain amenities are lacking-like the iron with a dirty soleplate that risks ruining your clothes. The breakfast offerings lacked variety and became repetitive after just a couple of days. On top of that, cleanliness could use some attention, with dirt lingering on the windows and reports of cobwebs in the corners. The parking situation is misleading too. What seems like a reasonable fee quickly turns into an unreasonable charge, which seems to be a common issue here.

Central location not far from the Vitoshka street and Paradise shopping centre, the most popular shopping mall in Sofia, and the' Meg' lozenets, it was in a very very nice area: D

Solo traveler looking for comfort

The AC worked like a charm, I mean it was crucial in that summer heat. Relaxed on the balcony every evening, perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring.

The hotel is very nice, with very nice stuff and wonderful restaurant with very tasty food. The locatoin is close to the metro station.

The metro was super close. We checked out the awesome local restaurants and even went skiing nearby. The spacious rooms and friendly staff. For the price, it's a solid choice!

One downside was the smoking policy in the building. It might bother non-smokers.

The hotel is located not far from city center (about 15 minutes by foot) in very quiet place. It is rather clean and comfortable. There is a bus station near the hotel.

The breakfast was cold including eggs and fried meat, but buns were really tasty. The hotel is rather far from metro station what won't be comfortable if you don't like walking by foot.

Had a spacious room with a lovely balcony, but the cleanliness could do with a bit of a kick up the backside. Location was sweet as, heaps close to the metro.

quite big and comfortable room, very good meals at restaurant, a bit far away from the main attractions in the centre but my main objective was proximity to NDK for the show.

The staff were excellent, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms and public areas where extremely clean and tidy and decorated to a high standard and we were made to feel very welcome.
